DeepView is made of three complementary parts: a central engine, an interface for users and an administration portal.

DeepView Core

Deployed in your environment, the engine analyses documents, structures knowledge, establishes the links between pieces of information and produces the answers. It is the heart of the platform, and the only server component to administer.

The interface teams use day to day. Users reach all the power held in your documentation through a simple, natural conversation.

What the contract covers

What we get asked most

Do you need a technical team to use it?
No. Adding documents and preparing the base are done from the application, by a user with a dedicated role. IT is involved only at installation and for account administration.
How many documents can it handle?
The solution can support sets of several thousand documents per project. The first conversation establishes what suits your actual volume.
What happens if the information doesn't exist?
DeepView says so, rather than inventing. It's a deliberate choice: a wrong answer costs more than no answer. If the system finds nothing on a first pass, it runs the search again from other angles. Failing again, it concludes that it does not have the information to answer.
Can it be used without internet access?
Yes. In its most closed configuration, DeepView runs entirely on your own machines, with no outside access at all.
How do backups work?
Everything DeepView stores stays in your environment. The backup procedure is defined with you at installation, using the tools your team already uses for your other systems. A software update never touches stored data.
And if we want to stop?
Your documents have never left your servers, and the same goes for all the exchanges carried out in the application. There is nothing to repatriate and no export delay: everything is already with you.
