Privacy policy
In short
This site sets no advertising cookies, uses no analytics tools, and calls on no outside service to display itself, fonts included. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form. That is also why no consent banner is imposed on you: there is nothing to consent to.

2. Data collected and purposes
2.1 Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we receive the information you enter:
- Full name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Message (required)
- Company, phone, size of organisation, subject of enquiry (optional)
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to pursue the commercial relationship arising from it.
Legal basis: your consent, together with steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
2.2 Technical sending data
When the form is submitted, your connection address and a timestamp are recorded alongside your message. These serve solely to limit automated and abusive sending.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse (GDPR article 6.1.f).
2.3 Host logs
As with any website, our host keeps connection logs for security and proper operation. We use them neither for profiling nor for marketing.
3. What we do not do
- No advertising cookies or tracking are set.
- No analytics tool is embedded.
- No social network button capable of tracking you is present.
- Fonts are served by the site itself, not by an outside service.
- Your data is not sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.
The site keeps one thing in your browser: the light or dark theme you chose, and the language. It never leaves your device and identifies no one.
4. Recipients
Messages received are accessible only to the members of our team responsible for handling them. They pass through our host and our email service, whose servers are located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Union in connection with this site.
5. Retention
- Enquiries with no follow-up: 12 months from the last exchange.
- Enquiries leading to a commercial relationship: 3 years from the last contact, then archiving in line with legal obligations.
- Technical anti-abuse data: a few hours.
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. The form is protected against automated submissions. Access to messages received is restricted to authorised people.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to contact@alister-ai.com. We reply within one month at most. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requester.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
8. Changes
This policy may change, in particular if a feature is added to the site. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date you consult it.
